Stability Mechanism Architecture
If Exchange price is above Gold Reference, an arbitrage incentive triggers. Market participants mint DINAAR at gold reference cost and sell on exchange. The increased circulating supply helps reduce exchange premiums.

If Exchange price is below Gold Reference, participants buy DINAAR at discount on the exchange and submit it to IIC for gold/cash redemption at reference value. The reduced token supply helps resolve exchange discounts.
